See the property See it in person or, if you agree to a video walkthrough, remember that a video does not replace the registry certificate or the seller's identity.
Check who is selling Confirm the seller's DUI or passport and, if someone else signs, their power of attorney. An owner-verified badge, when a listing has one, means that check was reviewed separately. This page does not replace that badge.
Confirm the account with the notary Confirm payment instructions with the notary on a second channel: a number you looked up, not only the one that arrived in a message.
